Like many others, we recently found out .NET Framework 3.0 breaks
multiple copy printing in Excel. Still haven't seen any fix to the
issue. KB 944203 doesn't resolve the issue. Anyone know if MS is
working to fix it?

I just printed 4 copies of an Excel 2007 spreadsheet without incident from a
Vista laptop with Visual Studio 2008 installed ( I.e. .NET Framework 2.0,
3.0 and 3.5 installed). Can you be more specific about the environment and
circumstances that cause the issue?

Sorry about that. XP SP2 (fully patched), Office 2003 SP3, .NET 1.1,
2.0 SP1, 3.0 SP1. We have basically confirmed it to be a .NET 3.0
problem as installing Office 2003 SP3 on a machine without .NET 3.0
doesn't break printing in Excel.
