microsoft outlook hyperlink error

When attempting to click on a hyperlink in a message I get an error that
states: "General Failure. The URL was: http://www.address.com". The system
cannot find the file specified."  Please advise.

You posted this to a .Net programming group. Post to an outlook group to get
help.
