Running Microsoft Publisher

I am new to publisher and I have been trying to download it. However, it
will not successfully run when I download it successfully. Any help would be
appreciated.

This newsgroup is for .NET Framework programming questions, and is not for
questions about how to use Microsoft Publisher or other Office
applications.

I'm not aware of a free download version of Publisher anyway, but if it
exists you'll get much better help by finding a newsgroup that actually
pertains to the question.
