I bought Office Student/Home 2007 with 3 license keys and installed it onto
my new Acer Laptop, this notebook was faulty so I returned it to Acer and
they replaced it, so I aain installed Office and yes you have guessed it, it
failed so I now have a Gateway Laptop which functions brilliantly BUT I have
now used all my 3 users: can anybody advise me how I can resolve this issue
please? Many thanks, Lyle

Contact Microsoft.
When you try to register with your license keys, it will tell you they are
used and ask you to contact them.
If you have genuinely overused your keys, you can explain that and they will
give you a key over the phone to enter into your product.
Also, you would be better asking this sort of question in a newsgroup
related to Office 2007, rather than here.
This newsgroup is related to the .Net framework

hey Lyle.... I just finish reading your comment.... I also bought a new acer
laptop too but can you tell me what is wrong with your laptop so that i can
know what to do if it doesnt work on mine.. I am thinking of returning it but
i want to see what you think of it...i want to read some reviews about this
laptop before i do anything.... as far as the office student and home 2007
the best thing to do it to call the manfuactor and they will probably reset
the keys to you.. i am not sure but it is best to call them because at least
you have a warrantly on the program.. that's the best i can tell you ... i
have acer 7720 the one with the number key pad on the side.. let me know what
you think of it...if you have the same one
Thank you
