I am receiving REF errors on a spreadsheet where I track hours for drivers.
How can I correct this error without copying and pasting a new column for
each person?

If you post the .NET Framework code that you're having trouble with,
perhaps someone can help you.

If you're not using .NET Framework code in this scenario, then you are
posting to the wrong newsgroup and will get better results posting to a
newsgroup that actually has something to do with what you're asking.
