I am working with a Server 2003 Standard SP2 box with both .NET Framework 1.0
and .NET Framework 2.0 installed.  I want to uninstall .NET Framework 1.0 but
do not want to break any of the apps that depend on .NET Framework.

From my understanding, apps that depend on .NET Framework 1.0 are able to
use .NET Framework 2.0 because 2.0 includes what was in 1.0.

I plan on simply uninstalling .NET Framework 1.0 from within Add/Remove
Programs ..... Is there anything else I need to do to get the apps to
recognize .NET Framework 2.0 or will it happen automatically?

Thanks,

- JC

Hello JC,

bwt, what the reason of removing .net 1.0?

why not to keep it, instead of solving problem?
