Hi,

I'm having problems with 2 of my e-mail servers,
first my outlook express I can't send e-mails out but, i can recieve e-mails
second my incredamail i can't open, it tells me its missing file #15, not
sure what that means. maybe you can help me out with this?

This newsgroup is for .NET Framework programming questions only.

You need to find a newsgroup that is specifically for questions
regarding the use of Outlook Express and Incredamail. There, you are
much more likely to find people who are willing and able to help you.
