Every once in a while my .Net Framework 2.0 "breaks", causing applications to
fail. So I clean and reinstall it, and it fixes it. But several days later it
"breaks" again.

I'm not sure if this is related, But I have been trying to repair and
install .Net Framework 3.0, which fails every time. Can this be breaking my
2.0? Or is something else going on?

It would be easier to help you if you explained what you mean by "my .Net
Framework breaks". What is it doing and what's happening to lead you to
think it's a problem with the framework?

Symptoms include: Live One Care crashes when opened. Amazon Unbox Video
crashes when loaded. My ASP.Net web pages hosted on my computer don't work.

When I clean and reinstall .net Framework 2.0, everything works again... for
several days... And then it "breaks" again.

What is the nature of these crashes? Is there any information in the event
log when these crashes occur?

What, exactly, does "web pages ... don't work" mean?

So far, you haven't given us any reason to believe this isn't due the phase
of the moon, or that the three problems are related in any way at all!
