Roundtrip Engineering of VS 2005 Win32 C++ and .Net C++ Applications

I am looking for a software which enables me to reverse and forward engineer
my Win32 C++ Code as well
as my .Net C++ Code in Visual Studio 2005.
Unfortunately Rational Rose in it's actual Version 7.0 is not able to fully
cope with VS 2005.
Does anyone know another "state of the art" software for this purpose?

Sparx Enterprise Architect does a good job of this. They even have an add-on
product, "MDG Integration for Visual Studio 2005" that gives you
round-tripping right in VS2005.
