The Configuration Editor Tool (SvcConfigEditor.exe) is part of the Windows SDK 6.0, which is downloadable here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4377f86d-c913-4b5c-b87e -ef72e5b4e065&displaylang=en The tool itself is documented here (in addition to the .CHM help file that comes with the SDK): http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms732009.aspx If you download and install the SDK, you can find the executable in the Bin directory. For example, mine is here: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0\Bin\SvcConfigEditor.exe Good luck!
