I am looking for the definitvie idiots guide on how I can copy all my emails
from my old computer running Outlook Express to my new computer running
Windows Mail.
I am not an 'techy' person so an easy to understand set of instructions
would be really appreciated!
Thanks to all that read and hopefully respond!

You are better off asking this in one of the forums for mail e.g.
Microsoft.public.mail.misc

However, you can also look in the help files in Outlook Express for "Export
messages" and in Windows Mail for "Import outlook express"
