Installing .NET Framework 3.0 without Internet access

I am trying to install the .NET Framework 3.0 on a system that does not have
internet access. I have searched my MSDN subscriptions and can only find
deployments that want to access the Internet. Even my DVD version requires
the internet.

I cannot connect the development system to the Internet.

How do I install the .NET Framework 3.0 without Internet access?

Where do I find the .NET Framework 3.0 complete deployment kit?

Near the middle of the page, you'll see a headline "Instructions", and bit
below that, "IMPORTANT:". After that Important heading, you'll find links
to the full installers for x86 and x64.
