Time Setting - HELP!!!

My computer is stuck in the date : 21st April 2005 and I can't change it to
2007.
Tried synchronizingmanually with internet server and it didn't work either!

What can I do???

Well, for starters, try a newsgroup that is actually about how to use your  
computer.  :)

This newsgroup is for .NET Framework programming topics, and your question  
is very off-topic here.
