Windows XP security update not letting other program run

After security update for windows xp (KB925902) published 4/3/2007 I had to
install a hot patch fix to correct the error I was getting. Now I have
discovered that I have a program that will not work and I feel sure it is
because of the security update. The program is Turbo Lister used for Ebay
listings. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this problem. Thank You
