Hi,
I know this question must have been asked so many time before but I
could not find it on the net.

I have developed a web system in dot net 1.1 using VS2003. it has been
running for a 9 month with no problem, last month i decided to use
VS2005, I installed it and was happy to use it to be up to speed with
the latest IDE. however the web server have only Dotnet 1.1 and are
not planning to upgrade to 2.0.

Can I still develop and maintain my application using VS2005 on Dotnet
1.1 without upgrading to 2.0.

If I convert the application it will not work on the web server as we
do not have  the latest framework.

Anyone can help

Cheers
