inserting pictures from Data Base to crystal report

Dear All

Scenrio:-
I have to insert the picture whose paths is saved in the database and
file is originally present there.

What i have to do:-
I want this thing that i insert the picture in crystal report
according to the record

What I want :-

Hello:
Just load your pics in a dataset as byte array and set the dataset as
your report's datasource.
