I went through the3.0 installation (3.0 redist, SDK, extensions) and
I have the new Workflow project availalbe, but the IDE still lists the
version as 2.0.50727.
I also have a new folder "Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Extensions for
Windows Workflow Foundation" on the disk containing files and others
folders.
Is this to be expected? I seems there's no indication through the IDE
that anything has changed; you have to poke around looking for keys
things that weren't there prior to the installation.

When you create a new project in Visual Studio, does it have new project
types under VB and/or C#? Does it have a line listing ".Net Framework 3.0"
? Mine shows WPF, WCF, XAML, but no WF, so maybe that's a separate
installation, but shouldn't you see something there?
