In 1.1, when I bring up the "configuration Manager",
(the Active Solution Configuration is set to Debug)

When I check off the "Build" checkboxes,
where is this information kept?

I have a .sln file with 5 proj files.

I've opened up the .sln file in notepad, but am not figuring
out the connection with the checkboxes.

I figured it out.

I found out that... the guid's in the .sln file.
They need to be upper cased.
Or the "build checkboxes" get unchecked.
