Hi Benjamin,

The CompactFramework is here:

microsoft.public.dotnet.framework.compactframework

If you can't find it, you are most likely using a web or third party news
provider that somehow dropped it.
In this case, go directly to the source

msnews.microsoft.com using a news reader

Hi Morten,

Thanks for answer my question, but i never used a news provider. I wont to
access it from msdn.com, like this Managed Newsgroup. Since a couple of
months there was a entry compactframework. Where is it? Or where i have to
use the link from you?

Well, it is still there

mework.compactframework&lang=en&cr=US

I still recommend going to msnews.microsoft.com directly instead of using
a web interface.  It is the same newsgroup, but msdn uses a web interface
to communicate with msnews.microsoft.com.

For a simple and intuitive news reader you can download the Opera web
browser (www.opera.com) and add a subscription to the microsoft newsgroups
under Tools->Mail and Chat accounts.

There are plenty of other good news readers to choose from as well,
including Outlook express (which is not so good though).
