   How Event Broker actually work? Any simple examples show Event Broker
future in simple way?

Interesting!

However nowhere it mentioned how you avoid preventing garbage collection
doing that?
Or is the event broker using Weak Reference?

I assume you mean the Event broker that is part of the Composite UI
Application Block (or CAB).  Correct?

You are best off by downloading the app block and messing around with it.
The documentation is fairly good.
