GAC Assembly Not Found

Salutations,

I've got an assembly intalled in the GAC, I've added a reference to the
assembly to my project, but during executiong I get assembly bind
errors. Additionally, viewing the assembly log says its trying a
partial bind, when I've specified the full assembly name.

Anyone have any tips/hints/pointers?

What's wrong if you load you asm dynamically?
