I am trying to develop a Document Management. I don’t like to reinvent the
wheel. Can some guide me to find some source code in VB.Net to work from.
Please help me

If you don't want to re-invent the wheel, use one of the plethora of
Document Management software that's out there, and interface with it
instead.
Document Management ain't easy! (and, you're probably not going to find any
source code in VB.NET to reference).
