Hi

Anybody who knows when a service pack will be released for VS2005 ?? ...
which hopefully will fix the 'at least 3 crash a day' problem.

TIA

"This service pack is currently targeted for final release in Q3 of 2006."

See the following web site.

You might look to other sources for this type of issue.  I have not had any
major issues with VS 2005 except when I try to open too many files and
resources at the same time.  This, however, is probably linked to my lack of
available memory since VS 2005 does seem to use a lot of memory itself.

Well, I don't know if it's my environment (but I'm willing to install it on
a completely clean XP if that helps), but with all the craches and
inconsistent errormessages I get, I think the product is unusable for a
'production' environment.

Søren
