I am looking for website to clear my concepts on MSIL, Metadata,
Assembly
and CLR etc not as site with code and samples.

Well, it's just one of my favourite sites. If you go to that page and enter
MSIL or CLR in the search box, you will find a lot of stuff. There are also
some other excellent web sites referenced on the main page that you may find
interesting.
