Trouble with .NET framework instalation

I have been installed .NET Framework 2.0. The installation is successful. But
after installation it doesn't show the icon in control Panel ->
Administrative tools. I also check the running services of system. The list
shows the .NET Framework service running.
I have WinXP with SP2. So may I missing some thing that requires with .net.

Please help

Those icons are now available only with the .net sdk.
