Full .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 Installation

The only way I was able to install the .Net service pack 1 was by first
installing the regular .Net 1.1 framework (24 megs) and then on top of that
install the service pack (10 megs)!

Is there a link where I can download the full .Net 1.1 framework that
includes the service pack 1 as part of the installation (one single istall)?
