Actually I have a Problem that's resolved in MS Article.

so according to this article as i starts .Net Framework Service Pack 2 to
intall on my machine i got an error
" the Update Patch cann't be installed by Windows Installer  service b'coze
the Program to be updated may be missing. or the update patch may update a
defferent version of the Program verify that the Program to be upgraded Exist
on your computer and that you have a Correct upgraded Patch"

Although i have a .Net Framework 1.1 and Service Pack 1.
My OS is WinXP having SP2.
and i have Downloaded Framework Service pack from Following link.
