Does Anyone Know The Expected Release Date For .NET Framework 2.0?

I have not seen a non-beta version of the .NET Framework 2.0 available for
download yet, and am assuming it is not yet released. Does anyone know when
Microsoft plans to make it available? If it is already available and I am
just missing it, can someone please tell me where I can find it? Thanks.
