I was at some MSDN conference where they mentioned that it is possible to get
ahold of a certain control...Now I can't find it.

Its easy to see...Open my computer.  Its like a sub-window...over to the left.

a small button with two arrows either pointing up or pointing down.  If you
click on the ones pointing up...the entire window slides up and its contents
are hidden...only the caption shows.  If you click on the arrows pointing
down...the window and all windows below slide down to accomodate it growing
and its contents are revealed.

Can anyone point me to this control?
