Is there a set of API's .NET that will let me convert a Image file to text..
More specifically, I will have a screen shot of writing in image, i want to
be able to read the image file and write the text to a textbox.

You have to look into OCR (Optical Character Recognition) related
production. These gives you ability to scan an particular ROI (region
of intrest) or the entire image. But the output from these softwares
are not 100%. I have used these type of software for almost a decade
before to scan several ROIs and update the database to eliminate/reduce
data entry stokes.

Ok.. I tried Google.. and aspire is only thing that stands out for me.. but
I cant download the software... can I get more specific pointer...
