Detecting the version of .Net framework...

Hi,
We are developing a product which requires .Net Framework 1.1 SP1. The
target OS could be any of Win2000/XP/Win2000server/Win2003 server.
(basically everything after win2000...)

Using the install shield program, we would like to know what registry key
should we look ?
