Is there ClipCursor equivalent in .NET ?

hi,
I need to confine my mouse cursor to particular area on the screen.
I used to use ClipCursor API in VB6.
can anybody please suggest me its equivalent in .net framework if any ?

I will be thankful to u for the same.
