I got this code from msdn. I do not have alot of experience with old vb and
to be honest the hex is very intimidating. Fortunately, the code works fine,
unfortunately i have no idea what permissions need to be asserted for this
to work in a control hosted in ie (Calls to system dll's and ??). If anyone
has some suggestions id appreciate it
