Could not see my COM+ app when running dcomcnfg

I have installed the server application on the Windows 2000 server,
when I execute the dcomcnfg to config it, but it does not appear in the
list. It could be found in the Component Services list. Why?

Yes, I have. But I ran into another problem 'Access denied (translated
from Chinese)' when try to install the COM+ object.
