Hi

If using the Setup & Deployment within VS2005 is it possible to do the
following
1. Check if SP2 is install and install if required
2. Do the same for Framework 2
3. Set local intranet to full trust

Almost forgot, will need it to install PostGreSQL as well

You can do these by creating custom installer actions.

But, I would recommend to check WiX Setup Toolkit, an toolkit for
building native windows installers.
