Help in deployment

Hi,
   This is a SOS...I am able to compile and run the application from my
login but unable to create the deployment setup package.  My system admin has
to come and run the .net in his login to help me create the setup.  Does
anybody have any alternative/solution.
I need to create the setup without the admin login.

First, what error occured? Why don't You can create the setup?
Second, try to add Your account to VSDevelopers (or something like that)
windows group on Your OS
