I'm not having trouble.

One thing to use, to see if its your newsreader is to look for your message
in google groups:

http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.csharp/topics?h
l=en&lnk=gschg

But even that is a few minutes (hours?) "behind".
