Upgrade to VS 2005 - cannot convert project Help!

Hi:

I just converted to C# 2005 Express edition and tred to open the (Web)
project I had been working on in VS 2003. It gave me the following error
and no explanations as to why.

Web project component not installed. Unable to convert project:
http://localhost/iMedia/iMusic.csproj

Any Advice on how I can fix the problem or at least find some resources?

To use web projects with the express editions you need to install the
Web Developer Express edition I think: http://www.microsoft.com/express/vwd/
