I'm currently looking for (open source/commercial) solution to build license
control into .NET based Windows applications. I'm thinking about license
keys that enable/disable feature sets, etc.

Any recommendations and links?

Take a look at Infralution's Licensing System.   You can get more
information and download an evaluation version at www.infralution.com/licensing.html
