Hi,

Ive added a library project which was compiled in an earlier version of .net
which is giving me some warnings.

Warning 31
'System.Configuration.ConfigurationException.ConfigurationException(string)'
is obsolete: 'This class is obsolete, to create a new exception create a
System.Configuration!System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException'

But the new class referred to does not seem to exist. I think the original
lib was 2003

Any ideas how to get around this

Ta !

It certainly seems to exist as far as I can see. Have you added a
reference to the System.Configuration assembly?

That's correct, you need to add the reference. Now what strick me as weird
is why MS does not include Configuration by default.
