I am trying to find a C#.NET application developer candidates in the Richmond
area. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Or any direction on other
avenues to try and find candidates.

Well good luck with that - especially writing messages as "targeted" as
this one, which will be delivered to a whole bunch of people NOT living
anywhere near Richmond and also NOT looking for jobs.

I'd suggest you try monster.com or any of the million and one other
recruiting websites. There are plenty of forums appropriate for this
kind of message, but this isn't one of them.

For sure not somebody to do an interview with, you can only expect questions
not related to the business.
