i developed a COM DLL using VS2005. why there are two DLLs i found,
one is in project directory having company name and project name as
prefix like "ABC.Proj.Exp.dll"  and other in the release folder named
"Exp.dll".

Which DLL i should use in c# application and how.
what project settings i have to make in c# application so end user can
use this c# application. i have to give which DLL with installer

Thanks in advance.

Harish,

I'm assuming that one of the dlls is a native COM dll.  The other dll is
the interop dll, and you need both to run your app.  You will have to have
the original DLL registered (or not, if you are using no-reg COM) and then
the interop dll for your .NET code to use.
