Hi,

i want to make a connection o a oracle database.
i installed version 10 but then my application can only run on a system with
vesion 10.

one pc have version 8.1.
can i use System.Data.OracleClient to make a connection ?

I can make a connection to a Oracle DB Version 10 without any problems, but
how can i make a connectzion to a DB Version 8.1 ?

Martin,

   I believe that the minimum oracle version you need is 8.1.7.
