Convert IE toolbar to MozillaFirefox

I have developed an IE toolbar,i need to convert that toolbar into
MozillaFirefox
Can any one help me to solve the problem.

You'll have to learn XUL and probably need to ask this question in a
Mozilla related newsgroup. There's no C# support in the Mozilla interface.
