Adjust two control's size in a form.

Hi All,

Please see my form in below link:

Due to there is a textbox and a webbrowser, I have to let user
adjustable.

The scenario is when mouse cursor near the middle of two controls, it
becomes another symbol, and then if user press and hold left button of
mouse, he/she can adjust the size then.

Typically, you would anchor the textbox to the left, top and right, and
anchor the browser to the top, left, right and bottom. Then when the user
resizes the form, the controls will be resized automatically...

See the "Anchor" property on each control.
