Sending a file between 2 program

hi all,
I have a database program that  run in 2 far city. ( with  MS Access
database ).
i need get the new update file ( with xml format) that my program
generate it, from other city ,and update my local
program. the problem is how to send or receive this file . plz give me
some idea
or solution.

How big your xml is?
IMO, exposing the web-service to transfer your data is the most optimal way
in this case, if u are not sending huge xml
