New to C#.
Using C# Express

When I try and use "Help" I get this message:

The request failed with HTTP status 407: Proxy Authentication Required ( The
ISA Server requires authorization to fulfil the request. Access to the Web
Proxy service is denied. )

My PC gets to the internet and newsgroups through ISA server without
problems, so what's going on here?

How do I resolve the problem?

Here is the general one.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/248020

but this is C# forum it seems. Anyway if you can provide more information
like your ISA version, IIS version and so to other group that is going to be
useful as well.
