If you want an answer to your questions, you need to (at a minimum):
a) use a subject line that *describes* your question
b) include the question in your post, elaborating on the information put
in the subject of the request
There may be people willing to answer questions in which the post provides
*no* indication of the question whatsoever, following some random URL to a
place where the question may or may not be. But those people are few, and
if they *do* answer such a question, they do disservice to the rest of the
newsgroup, since the original question was never included and so won't show
up in the archives.
Even if the questions are copied from the other location in the answer, the
subject line will still offer no information whatsoever to anyone searching
the newsgroups later looking for similar information.
