Is there an intrinsic method in C# that is equivelant to "Modal" in VB?

It's called "ShowDialog" for Forms, I suspect that is what you are
looking
for.

Matt this is for a form launching Excel and wanting to have the main
form remain in front.

Hm. Not sure what you are trying to accomplish here, but I suspect
if you set the Topmost property of your form that launches Excel, you
will get what you want.
