Is it required to make strong name keys of the dll's to create interop
assemblies, If i use different dll's(like cdoex.dll) in my com+ dll. Or is
this only necessary when i can't set a reference to the library Immediately
from insite the project?

Generally it is not required to make keys to create interop assemblies.
It is required when you want to reference strong named assemblies or
put them in the GAC.

To create a signed wrapper for an interop assembly, right click on the
project node in the solution explorer (in VS) and in the first page at
the field "Wrapper Assembly Key File" set the path to your key.

Tasos
